Here are the Bylaws with recommendations for 2023. The only changes are:

1). We recommend all terms for "Chairman or Chairmen" be changed to Chairperson.
2). We recommend adding 7.03; stating that all contested races at the convention be decided by paper ballot; therefore the original 7.03 was moved to 7.04
3). We recommend adding a signature box for the signature of the County Committee Chair and Secretary to sign and adopt.
